Chongqing Three Gorges University

1.Applicants send the filled Admission Application Form and the scholarship application form with the required materials to the International Office of Chongqing Three Gorges University. The Acceptance Letter and the JW202/201 Form will be sent when the application approved.

2. Students can go to a local Chinese Embassy or Consulate of the PRC to apply for a Chinese visa (type X or F) with acceptance letter and JW202 Form. If student intends to study for one semester or more, the Foreigner Physical Examination Form with original copies of test reports shall be attached.

3. X (student) visa holder must go to Chongqing International Travel Healthcare Centre of Chongqing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (185 Hongshi Road, Yubei District) to get the Certificate of Verification of Physical Examination with the Foreigner Physical Examination Form and all the original copies of test reports (All the test reports need to be in Chinese or English).

4. Check in for study and submit the tuition and accommodation fees. Complete a Residence Registration Form at local police station within 24 hours.

5. X (student) visa holder must go through residence permit formalities at Chongqing Exit-Entry Administration Bureau (Visa Center)，555 Huanglong Rd of Yubei District, with 30 days following their entry into China.

6. Test for language proficiency and the related major. Then select courses and begin the study.
